5. Act as agents on behalf of the client to ensure that the work is consistent with the design concepts, and that the project falls within the time frame specified. This will include on-site visits and inspections, monitoring of contractors and suppliers, and overseeing installations.

6. Review and evaluate the project upon completion. Discuss the details with the client to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction.
